I was asked if I was interested in a job that may be coming up and here we are almost 9 years later

As a lot of companies nowadays take the short term view to try to do things with minimum of resources I.e staffing levels. The short term savings are in my opinion out weighed by the long term damage it does to the company with demotivated staff who are unable to deliver a quality service to the customer. If management were only brave enough to push back and fight for realistic resources then the “profit” would take care if it’s self as staff want to company to thrive and deliver excellent service. No one wants to go to work every day to firefight problems that would not be there if management had made the right decisions in the first place. Come on management and give you r employees the resources they deserve!
