  • Absolutly awful organization to work, management always sides with locality manager even though they’re guilt.

  • Rushed. People being supported sometimes don’t even have time to shower or bath and this is mostly down to lack of staff. However there is an incredible amount of unnecessary paperwork to fill in and you often find yourself repeatedly writing the same things several times.

  • One word Poisonous

  • Difficult due to bad managment.

  • Rushed so they can sit on their phone and ignore the service users

  • Supportive colleagues & team leaders. If you have any problems you can approach the team leaders & the service manager. Both will come up with solutions and try to resolve any issues. Team mates are very skilled & have fabulous knowledge of the customer group. My team mates are very holistic & person centred.

  • Average, take it at your own pace.
