What is the best part of working at the company?There was none , worse company I’ve ever worked for What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You get promised things which don’t happen my team leader said if I work hard for 6 months Il get the contract I want which was all lies What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Terrible worse company ever , I worked for lots of places in care this is far the worst What is a typical day like for you at the company?The clients was lovely , team leader awful just lies and gets support workers to help her

Being relatively new to Brandon Trust I have found them to be extremely supportive, welcoming and friendly. Not without its faults however what employer isn't.

Avoid at all cost

If you do not like a personal life even if you have kids then apply for the company.Rotas are done last min so if you have plans then forget it.Team leaders / managers are a joke and just make you work and if you want a day off you have to beg or argue with them.They have there favourites and biast by all management.If you have personal issues the managers discuss it with other staff although it was private..

Management and leadership were always very supportive with amendments to hours etc when needed. No day was the same, lots going on. Pay is ok although could be a lot better.
