Get to meet all kinds of people good bad crazy fun.
learned how to take care of people and your Team mates,
And how to deal with all kinds of situations.
Management is good.
Depending on what venue your working, the culture varies.
Hardest part of the job, having to take of more people than you can handle if a fight brakes out.

Door Supervisor
Door Supervisor (Former Employee) - Nottingham - 19 December 2016
While working as a door supervisor my main roll was to keep customers safe within the venue at all times.
I learnt how to stay calm and still remain polite even in tough condition.
My co workers at the time wasn't the best letting the team down at times.
The hardest part of the job was communication with management but the most enjoyable part of the job was seeing customers enjoying themselfs within the venues.
Pros
Free soft drinks
Cons
Poor comunication, and no team work.
