small but busy

Indeed featured review

I am used to working long hours as my shifts can vary from 9-13hours long. Can be a fun working environment as it is only a small franchise so you can get to know all your colleagues.

Good manager

I enjoyed working with this company. It is very hard work for a very small wage. You have to use your personal vehicle to carry people and cleaning equipment. You are paid mileage allowance. I developed sciatica in the end because of lifting and bending.

Pros

You are free to leave whenever you finish your last job

Cons

Wages are inconsistent.

Not that Great!!

You will be promised a long and glittering career but the truth is you serve your purpose and then you are cast aside when someone better comes along.

Pros

Not many

Cons

Long hours

short awkward hours no set wages

It would never have been a long term employment due to unsteady work hours, but while I was there the staff and management were friendly.

Pros

friendly co-workers

Cons

no set wages or hours
