I have just finished the onboarding training week which was relevant, comprehensive & fun. BrightCare seems like a really good company to work for who value their staff, commit to training ensuring clients & staff are kept safe & offers development. Feel really welcome already and looking forward to working with clients & colleagues.

my first week training with Bright care has been really extensive and helpful I have been made to feel welcome and part of the team already a really lovely touch was being taken out to dinner on the first night with the rest of the new cares.

Supportive and friendly company

Superior care company to work for
Brightcare provide a minimum visit time of 2 hours for each client and the company is client led meaning that we essentially get matched with clients whom we would share the same interests.
