Excellent place to work

I love being a Bright carer! Staff and management are great and very supportive. Matching carers to clients and minimum 2 hour visits is an excellent way to build relationships and provide person centred care to our clients. I get a real sense of job satisfaction.

Great place to work

Overall was a good place to work. Good pay and great training . Managers didn’t really check you were getting on okay in the beginning but we’re there to support if you needed them

Best Care Company I have ever worked for, not only do they care for their clients they care for their staff too, great to feel appreciated and have a good work/life balance.
