Answered 1 February 2020The interview process start with a telephone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Consultants. They will ask you a variety of different questions to find the best possible role for you as well as understanding your skills and experience. The second stage would be to meet with our wonderful Nursery Managers. Meeting within our nursery will give you an opportunity to see first hand what we are all about. The interview will consist of competency based interview questions as well as a stay and play session.

Answered 14 April 2019Hi, Thank you for your question. When entering an interview within on our our nurseries, please dress smart but ensure you are comfortable. Your interview will involve a stay and play so please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear.
Answered by Bright Horizons Family Solutions14 November 201840 hours a week = usually an 8 hour shift say 8-5 with an hour lunch break sometimes we do 4 shifts of 7-6 and have a day off in that week as we will have done our 40 hours - it’s flexible on what the nursery needs
