Yes they pay for the hours you are at training and all travel - use concur to add your tickets or mileage and it’s paid into your bank in about a week

The interview process start with a telephone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Consultants. They will ask you a variety of different questions to find the best possible role for you as well as understanding your skills and experience.The second stage would be to meet with our wonderful Nursery Managers. Meeting within our nursery will give you an opportunity to see first hand what we are all about. The interview will consist of competency based interview questions as well as a stay and play session.

Hi,Thank you for your question. Once you have applied for a role at Bright Horizons someone from our Talent Acquisitions Team will be in touch with you. They will conduct a telephone interview where they will ask questions around your skills and experience in order to find the most suitable role for you.Following your telephone interview, if you were successful you would be invited to an interview within one of our nurseries. The Nursery Manager will conduct the interview and this will consist of competency based questions, as well as a stay and play.Should you be successful from here you will be provided with a conditional offer letter and will work your way through our compliance process and provided with details around your first day within the Bright Horizons Family.
