Stop hiring morond
Pay staff above minimum wage if they are level 3 qualified.
Provide more benefits for staff, such as, private medical insurance.
Provide electronic tablets for staff to complete children's observations and assessments.
Offer better support from HR and payroll team.

Take the staffs concerns seriously, make them feel like they matter. Don't just ignore written complains as if they don't matter.
