  • Higher rates of pay for staff as staff turn over at my nursery is very high due to Lower wages as most nursery’s now offers between £8.50 - £9.20 and you can also get more monthly pay in other nursery for even doing less hours than at bright w

  • Having someone to go to when you have a problem, room leaders should stay in the room

  • Take the staffs concerns seriously, make them feel like they matter. Don't just ignore written complains as if they don't matter.
