The interview process start with a telephone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Consultants. They will ask you a variety of different questions to find the best possible role for you as well as understanding your skills and experience.
The second stage would be to meet with our wonderful Nursery Managers. Meeting within our nursery will give you an opportunity to see first hand what we are all about. The interview will consist of competency based interview questions as well as a stay and play session.
Lots of filling out forms/questionnaire at the end. Talking about the role, If you’re liked they give you the offer. Trial run for half an hour to see how you are with the children.
Was shown around by deputy manager (who left a month later) for 10 minutes, took file of activities I'd done in the past which she didn't look at, forgot my name but had been off sick for a decade so was happy to get a job. Big mistake.
I was interviewed by the manager and one other member of staff then a few pre-school children came in an interviewed me. Then I went into one of the rooms and worked with the children and staff.
