Not organized
Too much paperwork, too much stress, to many mistakes all the time because of lack of proper training. Salary is low, for the 5 days you have to work. No balance between personal life and work. Small canteen, short break, not enough lockers for everyone, or place to hang your coat.

Worst company to work
This is the worst company which you can be employed in. Barely minimum wage for graduate and expecting you to work like a robot with zero work life balance. Most of the time you have to stay late to finish work with flat rate salary, no overtime payment.Advices to new graduates who wants to get employed there: aviod them at all you will get no experience at all from this sheet indian company who is run by people with out any conscience. No experience is better than bad experience! If you land there by accident you need to leave before 6 month if you stay more than that make sure you took all your salary and holiday entitlement before you hand your notice if not they will robe your hard earned money. The experience which get from this campany is minimal you will be doing things like weighing tablets the whole days for the first few months, they will train you in HPLC if some one leaves. They don't have any personal development plan. Training is only according their needs. Aviod aviod aviod.

Good to learn and bad to stay for long time
For a fresher in job market its good place to start with and learn, but working long term in this place is not good for heath and career. Middle management is the worst and dance to the tunes of senior management. I have never seen such a worst human resources department in my life. There is no respect and appreciation for employees. If possible avoid this company.

Blood suckers
I would give 0 stars if It was possible. All they care about is how much medicine go out of the site and how much they do business. Quality is compromised if needed, they don’t know what is Health and Safety. They don’t care about their employees well-being and they is no recognition. You only get progress and Salary Increments depending on how close (boot licking)you are with senior management.
