Bizarre structure of incompetence

Directors are always on the take, running everything bent and refusing to take responsibility. If you see a director or upper manager, they're probably heading to another meeting with free lunch.Otherwise, plenty of the guys know where to score quality gear, and you can make money from the scrap you keep off the rounds.

decent pay great hours but if you finish your work you get rewarded with other peoples work lack of communication and if you have personal problems that effect your work or childcare they refuse to help

Unbelievable

The lads are sound but as soon as you look at supervisors and upper management it turns into a nightmare. Far too many people trying to stab each other in the back. Apparently this is how it’s always been! Can’t wait to find something new.
