More cons than pros,
So to work here was great at first I really got on well with everyone, and then overtime it was obvious to see the problems, they expect you to be able to learn other departments, some management are awful as I feel they didn't listen at times. There is alot of data protection breach working here as some staff members gossip alot so do not expect privacy when telling members personal things. Hardest part of the job is probably just the workload more than anything but those days happen from time to time it's to be expected. The most enjoyable part of the job is probably working on the food and beverage side if you are working with great staff members, the work place isn't fun without any friends, and also working special events such as Christmas and Easter. Don't expect any extra pay, especially if you work overtime or nightshift, you don't really get any bonuses, your not really allowed to collect tips.

Worst company I have ever had the dis pleasure for working for
Management and head office couldn’t run a free drinking competition in a bar. Totally useless and no respect for the actual withers who are bursting a gut to keep their hotels half decent

Fine for a first job.
Not much to say really. Work is the same as the look. Cheap and Nasty. Always dirty. Food is ridiculously awful. Main manager when I worked here was not supportive and there was no point of his presence.

Stay unemployed
Awful company. Awful management. Awful hotel. No chance of progression. You need to be in the click to be liked. No rules abided by meaning you constantly have to lie to customers. Have to train yourself as no proper training is given. Manager hides away in her office and leaves you to deal with all comaints
