Good staff

Worked there for years absolute great place to work well the staff are. New management of hotel has ruined the whole place and no one knows if you're job is safe or you will be replaced with a caravan site worker if you start there you will understand that comment. Shame as it's a beautiful place and some staff are top notch. You will be on a zero hour contract and trust me they will expect you to work extra even if ur using public transport and miss ur last bus they won't care your job will be threatened.

I don't work at brittnnia any longer, although saying that I found I was accepted as a trainee and respected as a person.

I feel that I could've done better and that there was an air of panic under the surface when I came on shift and an air of calm over the counter. There was a larger team than I'd been involved with for years so, no surprise that I felt a high level of accountability from the beginning and a good level of encouragement though out the main season from the management. There were bonuses and incentives that I felt excluded from at the end and I felt that this was being commented on by a large group at the hotel and not openly to myself. I felt that I needed access to a person I could trust wholly.

Horrible toxic place

Very toxic place to work, with toxic management. And Will fire you the second you disagree with management without any warning, Would not recommend working for them at all.
