  • A reference and refferal letter is required during the interview/placement.

  • They always to a background check to see if they can trust you in the store on your own or if they cannot trust you in the store on your own. (I'm trusted alone)

  • No background check, just pop into the shop and ask them if you could volunteer. They tell you when you can start. Remember, you're not being paid thats why there isn't any thorough application process.
