Did not ask anything about my back ground at all
A reference and refferal letter is required during the interview/placement.
They always to a background check to see if they can trust you in the store on your own or if they cannot trust you in the store on your own. (I'm trusted alone)
DBS Checks available.
No background check, just pop into the shop and ask them if you could volunteer. They tell you when you can start. Remember, you're not being paid thats why there isn't any thorough application process.

You go up the shop and tell them you like to work their. They than have to fill in an apllication. After that, they allow to work in their shop for an hour to train you. Then they give you booklets for you to read before you offical work with them.
