It was a really nice fun place to work. There were nice people there and it was an easy job to do. The breaks were fine too and the customers were nice there were no rude customers.

Development and Rewarding
I learnt a lot of skills here and developed on the ones I had with the support of the staff and management. Any challenges I was able to discuss and seek advice for easily.

Stressful
Alot of expectation, unrealistic budgets, no support, alot of criticism No consistant approach by upper management You are expected to spin many plates and solve every challenge Prices are very high , no team work.Problems are swept under the carpet, culture of favoritism exists

Good for a start up position
The salaries are pretty terrible and would not recommend the company from that point of view alone. You are expected to take lone responsibility for a shop with no additional salary, I think this seriously needs to be reviewed especially when covering other shops.

Loving, warm welcoming place
I love this place, it’s soo great. They were soo welcoming and they helped me to get to talk with people without being afraid. It gave me a peace of mind being somewhere new.

There was a lot of Customer service questions, as this is the ONLY main thing the company works on, they also ask your background. You don't have to be from Retail.

Shared on 12 December 2018

They didn't really as It was only a voluntary job
