Stressful
Alot of expectation, unrealistic budgets, no support, alot of criticism No consistant approach by upper management You are expected to spin many plates and solve every challenge Prices are very high , no team work. Problems are swept under the carpet, culture of favoritism exists Sales Assistant (Part-time) in Enfield

Good for a start up position
The salaries are pretty terrible and would not recommend the company from that point of view alone. You are expected to take lone responsibility for a shop with no additional salary, I think this seriously needs to be reviewed especially when covering other shops.Housekeeping in North Lanarkshire

There was a lot of Customer service questions, as this is the ONLY main thing the company works on, they also ask your background. You don't have to be from Retail.
