Good workplace

This is a fantastic place to work, not only is job satisfaction high but the pay is great. The managers, especially catering managers are phenomenal at their job, they been you as people, not just as numbers. Stressful and unorganised

Stressful working environment and day to day work dairy full with no room for repair’s to run over. Call out rota is forced overtime. All work is badly planned by the incompetent planning team with no regard for the engineers who have to get through the work load on a every day.

Staff are overworked and undermined at every opportunity. Could be much improved by more careful selection of directors and better informed middle management.
