Stressful and unorganisedStressful working environment and day to day work dairy full with no room for repair’s to run over. Call out rota is forced overtime. All work is badly planned by the incompetent planning team with no regard for the engineers who have to get through the work load on a every day.

Horrific management. Micromanagement as standard, zero trust in employees creates a toxic work environment.Staff are overworked and undermined at every opportunity. Could be much improved by more careful selection of directors and better informed middle management.
