Stressful and unorganised
Stressful working environment and day to day work dairy full with no room for repair’s to run over. Call out rota is forced overtime. Horrific management. Micromanagement as standard, zero trust in employees creates a toxic work environment.
Staff are overworked and undermined at every opportunity. Could be much improved by more careful selection of directors and better informed middle management. What would you say about your employer?
