Broadacres Housing Association Ltd
Broadacres Housing Association Ltd Employee Review
Good workplace
Catering Assistant (Former Employee) - Leyburn, North Yorkshire - 30 April 2023
This is a fantastic place to work, not only is job satisfaction high but the pay is great. The managers, especially catering managers are phenomenal at their job, they been you as people, not just as numbers. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars, is because I think Broadacres are another company that like profits a bit too much, I think residents are paying through the nose for rent. It is very overpriced, a lot of people at an older age have limited money left at it seems they are squeezed of what they have left, rent keeps rising and personally I can’t see a reason why. Please stop the unnecessary rising costs.

Skilled Labourer (Current Employee) - Northallerton - 3 June 2023
Taken on as a labourer working alongside multi skilled the role is much more than just laboring it involves 50% of the multi skilled work which management knows about this role is at least semi skilled but dont recognise this such as companies like thirteen/believe/ to keep your pay at a minimum pay rises are level across the board set at 5.5% management taken all the cake and wfh company has gone downhill fast
