The children are brilliant to work with. I loved working there. Only thing I would say is that I wasn’t paid enough for what I did and there wasn’t much opportunity to progress. Overall I would recommend working here.

Broadlands Hall group has had a major staffing overhall and staff are now supported by fantastic managers, like any job in social or childcare it can be demanding but the results are worthwhile

Place is an absolute joke!!! They can't even pass an Ofsted inspection!!! They treat there staff like rubbish. Always the staff get the blame but its the management that fail you. If you want to work up here expect to get stressed. Please go ahead! Always understaffed.

The company pays for staff to study for a Level 3 qualification and then pays over ÂŁ22,000 PA! Please ask the Manager to see the rotas which prove that the Home is not under-staffed and then withdraw this blatant lie. Recent changes to the Management and staffing of the Home means that the Manager is working with a fantastic staff team to ensure the very best outcomes for the young people and we are looking forward to a very strong future.

Absolutely disgusting place to work. Staff are constantly under staffed, no help from management. Management blame their faults on their staff and expect them to pick up the pieces. Managers don’t appreciate their staff and are told to get on with it. Can’t pass there OFSTED always getting needs improvement- read their ofsted report where it blames the managers.

A review from an ex-employee who was not retained! Staff are all very positive and working fantastically well to support the young people in their care and are working well with the new Manager to ensure that we provide the very best outcomes for them.

Management and owners of the company do not care for staff"s safety. Staff morale is never high, as soon as it rises the staff are blamed for a mistake management makes. Focus is not on care for the service users but on the amount of money that can be made. Vehicles are unsafe and unreliable. Staff mentalilty is not respected and staff are often off sick, which is no no surprise as this company is no delight. Certain Management indulge in rumours and interfering with staff's lives and wonder why staff have no respect for them. Broadland's Hall is a sinking ship.

Always running on incorrect staff to children ratios. Lack of knowledge and understanding for the young people’s needs, lack of training and supervisions means staff are not equipped to care for the young people in accordance with their basic needs. Staff put in dangerous situations without adequate physical intervention training. Lack of support from management, (management rarely there) when dealing with challenging situations. No debriefs for staff or young people. Policies and procedures are not enforced by senior staff members, mobile phone usage in particular! Long hours and no breaks makes this a very unhealthy place to work. Never a word of gratitude or appreciation given to those few staff that work incredible hard, no wonder there is such a high staff turnover.

The RCCO's do not get enough support at Broadlands Hall. For the hard work and situations we go through other workers agree that we are underpaid. There is not enough specialised training given so there service users are not getting the best support offered.
