It used to be fantastic. People working together to achieve the same goal. This has sadly broken down over the last 2 years with departments becoming rather fragmented and overwhelmed, thus causing internal confusion and conflict.

Work pace varies and can at times be very fast paced but sometimes much slower. The more effort you put into your working role with customers will reduce workload in the long term. Happy customers do not move away from your locality so you'll naturally do less work in the area of lettings. This is a great plus in the role. Hard work gets results.
