Answered 9 November 2020Mechanical and odd with a ridiculous weird point awarding system! Seems more like a favouritism sort of process internally too, promoting people that fit in to the family/friend scheme of things.

Answered 19 June 2019Demanding and stressful at times. Continued KPI demands and less patient care kind of culture. If your face (race) fits you can do well, if it doesn't you probably wont, as hardwork is hardly recognized and natured.
