Numbers game, fill a slot
As long as the shift is filled they are happy, head office staff are good polite people, brooknight itself are minimum wage, no advancement, expect staff to pay for badges ect, bargain basement firm

Being as ops manager. You meet variety of people. Various clients. Built up Relationship with clients and provide them excellent CS is necessary. If you have good management skill. You can win the game.

Avoid at all costs
You will get treated like a number, even if your sick you are still expected to come in. No benefits and the pay is really poor for the amount you have to do. Avoid like the plague!!!

Dreadful company
Never see managers,wages never correct and absolutely no training.really is a dead end job,steer well clear of this company.if you're sick expect a £50 fine.

Good place to work
Pay a bit low compared to most work hours are good rotas not to bad met some great people and drivers are kind but do get some horrible drivers Staff in warehouse are polite and never an issue
