Reviews for Pet Sitter at Bruce's

Management are shocking

Management are awful, complete lack of communication which led to multiple misunderstandings - not paid overtime despite doing it every day, not enough staff for lunch breaks, staff to dog ratio way over the council’s recommendations every single day, no budget for anything, despite the ceo of the company being able to afford multiple holidays a year. Dogs are basically thrown in a field with a team who are trying their best with no resources, energy, money or respect. Do yourself a favour and don’t work here - your love for dogs will be obliterated.

Teams on the ground are amazing & the dogs

Don’t recommend

Very stressful, no communication, long hours, did not enjoy my time there. The dogs were great, I miss a lot of them and wish they could of come with me.
