Not for me
After many years with this huge organisation, I must say I was not sorry to leave, but learnt alot, only through my own determination & dedication. Culture too demanding on stats, not enough emphasis on training, atmosphere not condusive to a stress-free day, far from it. This company need to focus on staff retention, never mind customer retention. No regrets however, an awful lot to take in, there is scope to grow & move around the various departments. Not impressed with management, generally, most didn't have a clue what was going on, and therefore unable to assist when called upon.

My experience with HCL TECHNOLOGIES while working for its client BT
I mainly deal with resolving customer issues related with broadband. A typical day at office starts with team huddle followed by guidelines by team leader and coach. Then i log in to take calls as my company supports British Telecom, an UK based company. I have learned to adapt to new environment, patience and many more things. Management is good and takes good care of its employees. Co-workers are fun to work with. The hardest part of the job is to sit in office for long 10hours with only 1 hour of break. Most enjoyable part of job is when i am praised by a customer as the broadband issue he was facing is reaolved
