Dental Nurse in Waltham Cross, Essex

Dentists friendly and professional shame about the management and reception team
I worked here for over a year the dentists are lovely and professional but the rest of team not so much, the management are too busy ticking boxes and dealing with policies rather then addressing staff issues and bullying from team members. I was promised a pay rise after a year i never got it, there is a lot of trainee nurses and not enough qualified nurses. Specialist Dentist in Salford, Greater Manchester

a typical workday for me starts at 8 am. my nurse is well prepared for the challenges in the day. its nice to work with experienced staff members because they're able to forsee challenges to the day ahead of time, otherwise it can feel like a one man band. The culture of the practice is positive and striving to better themselves. The management of the team can be tricky when there are so many of us, but everyone contributes. the hardest part of the job the administration, but this is reduced now because its all remote login possibilitiesMember Service Advisor in Salford, Greater Manchester

Lack of role progression, stressful
Lack of role progression, stressful, salary not good enough for amount of stress while dealing with vulnerable, often terminally ill people seeking to use their policies, which often decline pre authorisations, you can imagine how it feels when you literally tell people "sorry, but it looks like you will unfortunately die soon."Clinical Quality Manager UK in Guildford, Surrey

Corrupt does not sell what’s in the box
6 years of my life, not a good experience Corporate life, a huge machine - some good people mostly the ones not in management, the workers on the floor could be supported and respected more. Communications Manager in Salford, Greater Manchester

Great employer
Loved working here and they continually strive to do the best for their customers and colleagues. A caring and nurturing environment with good opportunities for progression if you want it. What would you say about your employer?
