At Burberry, we believe in the power of creativity to open up new spaces and ideas.

At Burberry, we believe in the power of creativity to open up new spaces and ideas.

A reference to the ‘Open Spaces’ manifesto of our founder, Thomas Burberry, our purpose draws on our heritage of pushing boundaries and making space for creativity to flourish.

For our founder, ‘open spaces’ referred to the tiny pockets of air found within the weave of gabardine, the revolutionary fabric he invented. It was also a nod to the freedom his products gave to the pioneering women and men who wore Burberry clothing, including explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton and aviator Betty Kirby-Green, and the open spaces they explored.

Today, Burberry continues to delight customers by harnessing creativity to deliver products of the highest quality and exceptional shopping experiences.

Our purpose is underpinned by our values. Being creatively driven, forward-thinking, open and caring, and proud of our heritage are all hallmarks of our organisation and have remained core to our brand since the company was founded in 1856.

Friendly and professional
This is a good place to work, friendly staff and managers support you whenever you need. Good work life balance as we are able to work from home. Pay isn’t fair.

Poor people management, underpaid
Not a great work environment, superficial and underpaid. They will expect you to work unpaid overtime. Tasks are repetitive and the role are highly bureaucratic.
