Interesting work, not many progression opportunities

Although the role is interesting, I've seen some colleagues make some questionable judgements. Focus is far more on getting the money from the client than performing a good job. Nonetheless, the work is interesting.

Good place to start career

Nice people, enjoyable projects.Never asked to stay late or work silly hours.Projects are interesting and the offices are lovely. Very good place to work

Good place to start an engineering consultancy career.

Not a bad place to start your career. Beyond that, there was a reluctance to take on interesting work but more a focus on the tried and well tested. This made it difficult to imagine being in the company for a prolonged period of time. Work life balance was poor like most consultancies. Future progression opportunities felt limited.

Poor communication

Really hard to get things done.People don’t reply on teams and not a lot of people are not sure if a contract is is even in place with sub-consultants. I tried to raise communication as an issue a few times but no one listened to me. Didn’t bother staying there for long, not the most fun place to work at.
