Fun but shifts are awful
Great place to work but the 4 hour shifts every evening just to make your hours up are gruelling. Some staff don’t do any work and sit on the same department every shift while others are working understaffed

Do not even apply. Management are a joke and unless you are in the clique then you don't stand a chance. It used to be a great job but too many staff have been 5here forever and hate new starters.

Better jobs out there.
Young management where I was. No direction and inadequate training of staff. No social life and sometimes rostered to do 6 day weeks. If you’re on a double shift expect to be there 12hrs plus. Lack of breaks. You have to be able to multitask. Bar, food running, cook, host and so on. Only bonus was if you hit targets whilst calling. No incentive for further progression. Management cared more about the money coming in than customers. High staff turnover.

I worked here and it was a good place to work. Nice team and the customers were great. Duties were enjoyable. Plenty to do to keep busy but due to many customers being regular faves it's a good opportunity to build rapport with them.

Fun, enjoyable and challenging
Great place to work, great staff and management team. Great opportunities to develop and further yourself. Customers can be lovely. Shifts can be challenging but enables a sense of achievement when the customers have had a good time.

What roles I’d be happy to learn , what made me apply , why am I leaving my old workplace

Not much of an interview, they seemed desperate to find someone that wanted to work 9hours a week.

The usual.. tell me about yourself, how can you better the current working environment and do you think you could work alongside an older age group
