Is there someone got fired after the training period ,what is training period feels like?

training is just one week of someone going through what the benefits are all over teams as you do not get your laptop until the end of the second week, i did get 90 minute lunches every day of training probably due to the training material is non existent
I completed the necessary training within two days of starting and had support from IT when setting up laptop and phone
There is no training period .It's all lies upon lies from the project manager to top hierarchy .They like to call themselves directors . Useless lot they are .
