The reality is very different from 'corporate buzzword' values mentioned on the website. The surgery I previously worked with has such a poor reputation no one with any experience wants to work there. They do not care about the staff despite what they may say; the focus is on profit and bonuses are dependent on which procedures you book in. That just seems so unethical to me.

Depends on experience the company have salary bands so you know what salary in your role is achievable

Depends entirely on local management

Expect to work long shifts, I often did 8.00 til 7.30 and was often kept back later than that with NO overtime paid.

It varies practice to practice if they return to you regarding the application but usually they contact you after a few days.
