Exploitation of the poor and vulnerable

This job did not fit in with my ethics or values.There is something unsettling about chasing people for 20 year old debts.A lot of staff want to help but the business is built on profit from consumer misery.

Great experience

Worked as part of the ESM team for over three months prior to returning to studies. It was an great experience - The management was thorough, inviting and supportive of individual needs.
