Good Management
This was my first experience in my whole life in a retail field. I enjoyed my first day very much. Our manager is a nice guy, who is ready to do any help for us to improve our working skills. My co workers were happy to invite me to into their group. they teach me each and every corner of the shop and its working style within my probation days which was 2 days. The hardest part I find in my first day was lifting of delivery goods in big boxes and keeping them in large freezers because that was my first experience and now I am used with it. The most enjoyable part in my whole career in cakes and bakes is dealing with customers. I loved my working atmosphere in cakes and bakes

There are better cake companies in London
I worked a year at Cakes & Bakes factory in Romford.There isn't a set training or induction program for new decorators.There is a high pressure for productivity but the management does not supply the kitchen with basic things like: enough bins, pallet knives, bowls.There aren't any KPI's so the place including the kitchen floor is filthy.Food safety regulations regarding temperature are not followed.Decorators use table cloths that are soaked in a bucket with dirty water and bleach, and clean the same spatulas used on the cakes.Once I left the company they delayed paying my last salary, I had to insist on 2 weeks. And 5 days of annual leave were not paid.

Fun-filled work and environment
Cakes and Bakes has given me experience in all areas, be it customer service, Sales, Business Development, Training new employees and management.I have learned and got experience of running a small size business and seen and observed the in and out of the way business operates. The delivery of raw material, the inventory checklist, management of duty rotas, assisting the owner with monthly sales report, serving customers, educating the customers and supervising the new employees.We have worked in team and that has made the company grow and also solve any difficult situation. there no hardest part that I have experienced in this job as it has always been an adventurous experience and that was the most enjoyable part.

It was fun and good teem work
I started work as sale assistant. After two years i became assistant Manager. My boss liked my work and made me a Manager. I liked this job so much like as my second home. There was friendly atmosphere and good teem work. Everyone was happy with my management. I've learnt how to live in clean atmosphere. How to face people with different back ground. How to keep the record for incoming money and outgoing money. I've learnt great organisational skills and excellent telephone manners. I learnt book keeping, cash handling, supervising and stock control. The most important is facing all the complains. I've learnt how to work in busy atmosphere. In my review the patience is the most important part of human being. If you have a patience you are good worker which i have a lot.Thanks
