Work-life balance

Reviews

Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Halifax, West Yorkshire
on 30 April 2020
Good
I’ve worked at CHFT for over 12 years and have been supported in my chosen path of progression. I have a good work life balance and a very supportive team.
Medical Audio Typist/Secretary in Halifax, West Yorkshire

Poor management
Ok if you don’t have a problem you need dealing with. Managers & HR are bullies and have their favourites, so don’t upset the Apple cart with those specific people. They’ll dock your wages for ringing the wrong person when off sick although they change the line managers all the time. Communication is poor. Management is poor. No-one seems to know the correct procedure for anything.
Integration Architect in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
on 17 April 2020
Fast Paced
A fast paced environment which is constantly changing to keep up with the demands of caring for patients. There is a decent work life balance here at this organisation.
Health Care Assistant in Calderdale, West Yorkshire

Ok if you don't have depression
If you feel like you can work and not have a life then join them if you like bitchness and backstabbing join them if you like working for pennies and not getting help to better your self then the NHS is for you
Doctor in Calderdale
on 7 October 2019
Good Training Scheme
Foundation doctors will enjoy training here. Excellent support for juniors. There are plenty of opportunities to build a CV you can be proud of and many seniors will help you along the way.
