Guys great there
Liked the job and the guys there but didn't like night work. I worked on the trucks which was good but didn't like working inside as you have to stand at your station and not speak to anyone.

Embarrassing
What a Joke of a company to work for! only bothered about the gas getting out and not a care in the world for the drivers, get spoken to like a piece of dirt on the bottom of your shoe when your hand your paper in at the end of the day and that’s if you make it back in time of course, because you will be out all day with a ridiculous work load working long hours

At first brilliant place to work. Then the manager retired, no permanent replacement, meant lack of leadership.
Spent five years there. The first three, was the best by far.Change of manager , and new approach, made us all feel under valued. As time went on, a rapid turn over of staff began, and by the time I left, very few full time staff on driving side of the business.

Really enjoyable workplace with lots of amazing colleagues!
Calor is a lovely place to work, there are lots of friendly conversations to keep you motivated throughout the day! There is a canteen on site which is subsidised so there is that as a bonus too!
