There is a relaxed atmosphere as long as you do you job well you manage your own time and daily routine.
The most enjoyable part of the job is building and developing good relationship with your clients both internal and external.
There is a good team vibe.
Pros
Social activities arranged and paid for by the company to aid team building.
Cons
Parking became difficult due to the growth of the company.
