The culture within the North east residential sector is fantastic.The teams work incredibly hard to deliver solid results for a range of young people.The job can be challenging, but in my experience the teams are committed and truly care for the young people they support.

I had a three pronged interview to ensure I was the most appropriate person for my role. I was questioned around my knowledge base, my values and ethos and my ability to do the job role. Always go in with questions to ask at the end! Interviewers love this!

Diabolical wage for what your are expected to do and hours you work. You even have to work an extra full time shift before being eligible for overtime. Plus they oay the lowest sleep over rate on the country!

2 days of sick pay. You then have to be well for 12 months from your return to work to be eligible for another 2 days of sick pay

Definitely not, you can also be expected to do a 4 hour drive to start at 8am, complete a 48 hour shift, then drive home again!
