Small but nice office team
Commissioning Editor (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 16 May 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe work is fairly fast paced but generally relaxed, management team are easy to talk to and their is a friendly environment. The team is small so advancement isn't easy but everyone is usually happy to let you gain experience around the business (as long as you can maintain your own job role).
Pros
Discounted Gym, Employee Assistance Programme
Cons
Progression is hard in a small team

Productive
Apprentice (Former Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 25 February 2021
No room for progression, lead to valuable employees leaving. Good management style easy to approach but no action would be taken which was disappointing.
