10 questions about working at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust
Toxic , unhealthy same old people promoted friends of friends . This organisation is truly based on institutional mindsets it is closed to new people, to new ideas , to most shockingly being kind . The message I would pass on to all of those staff if you are inside a bullies circle you better hope you never slip from your perch. Lest they eventually come for you. That is truly what the place is like in a nutshell stay well away if you value your health and happiness. More staff with personality disorders than inpatients

Answered 28 January 2019Staff bullying those in lower ranks. Or longer term staff bullying new or temporary staff. Being undermined and targeted over trivial things (any excuse for the bully to keep bullying). Very off-putting, pitiful and disgraceful to see and be subjected to being treated badly by certain so called 'adult' colleagues & 'professionals' who choose to behave this way. Sometimes you're a scapegoat because they are under pressure themselves but thats no excuse for this harmful and toxic behaviour and it needs to be recognised, stopped and addressed or staffing issues will remain a problem. I don't believe in those who say whats the point, nothing gets done. Its all about not being a victim and complaining to the right person and/or getting seeking legal advice.
