Great place to work... If you're at management level
If you want to work as a jack of all trades then Capgemini is great, you can experience multiple technologies however you'll more than likely do that with zero experience and be expected to succeed no matter what.Expect to be underpaid compared to peers and new hires

Enjoyed every minute of it!!
I had a wonderful time there, worked with a great set of colleagues on a number of exciting projects and assignments! Central London location, perfect for commuting and entertaining clients!

Excellent in-house opportunities
Great overall work culture and excellent support from management. Really enjoyed working there. There were plenty of in-house opportunities to progress in a different range of roles as well.

Great place to work
I worked at capgemini for 4 years & enjoyed everything about it. It could be stressful at times but mostly it was fine, there is targets but are achievable. Good working hours & only 35hours per week with good shift patterns.

Limited career opportunity
The work was ok at times and stressful at times. There was not much training for the skillset. No good opportunities were available foe growth and only a chosen few get the chance to try something new.The rating and review process is not worth it.
