  • I worked for Capita for 3 years as as disability assessor. I was embarrassed and ashamed telling people what I did for a living

  • I’d tell them not to bother. Bad management and bad training in which you are not equipped with when the time comes to go online

  • I was embarrassed to tell people who i work for because once you mention Capita you get the same reaction. Their outsourcing of jobs leaves much to be desired it's no wonder they are losing contracts.
