Capita is a lumbering BPO, trying desperately to shrug off the negative press (be that the City's view, their constant blunders for customers or employee stories). And they never will. The organisation is shocking.

Not an easy place to work in but if you're self starter, you will have the opportunity to shape your work and your strategies and be taken seriously when you offer solutions.

Good place to work with good people

Capita is a good place to work but can, on occasion, appear overly bureaucratic. There is a strong network of colleagues but in such a large organisation it is sometimes difficult to locate the right people. The company has grown by acquisition and therefore it does not feel like one company but a conglomerate of separate companies. There is significant pressure on bottom line figures

You manage your workday yourself. Combination of Client's work and sales.People were nice and helpful. The Management were good and trusted us to do the job ourselves without unnecessary micro management.
