A company who win contracts by undercutting their competition. To keep proces down they pay their staff abyssmally. Miniu wage with no chance on bonus/commission.Trying to get time off is almost impossible so forgt aboout using your holiday days.Need help? You'll be luckyWant to advance your career? No chance (though why you would want to their is ridiculous)

Didn’t think I loved it at the time as was my first call centre role but looking back I wish I never quit as was so relaxed and nice management that left you to it
