"Crapita" should be there new company name. Managers are big on favourism if you are new they will get rid of you the manager flocks with the same feathers of the team they are all pointless in their duties it don't feel like you are at work it feels like you are a supply teacher temporarily there.If you want a stable and suitable working environment do not choose Crapita

Stressful - overworked - staff leave with stress

Busy pensions administrator - they pile the work on and there's no support. You end up fielding complaints from the public because it's impossible to keep up with deadlines. You end up staying late to keep up and working until you burn out. This job gave me long term mental health issues.
Pros
Office job - average salary - can move up the organisation if you stay long enough
Cons
Stress - long hours - not great pay - poor culture with no staff wellbeing in place

Managers don’t care about staff, not a nice environment to work in. The salary is low compared to same job in other companies. Perks were the fun team nights

like most employers then, if you seek to avoid work, do not meet your targets and KPI's you will not progress or even remain in post. Capita provides support and coaching to suceed and progress if that is what you want to do.
