Capita is the place where dreams go to die.
Poor management and staff are not valued
Not always friendly staff
Poor management talk to you really bad and just a set of liers from Manchester who lie to look good stay clear
The reason is poor treatment of employees and customers. The management can be seen relaxing and having a laugh without any consideration for those who are working.
The pay is poor and the hours are long. You need to be mentally strong in order to survive working for a company like Capita.
Poor management and lack of training and supoort
No development opportunity unless you talk the right talk. Constant pressure with no let up - all you do is try to keep above water rather than achieving anything. Lots of promises made about developing people and caring for welfare but just empty words.
No structure and managers treat you very badly. Micro managed like we back in pre school.
Would not recommend to any of my family n friends. EVER!!!
Doesn't matter how well you do your job or work hard nothing is good enough. The nit picking is petty. You have to be a robot not a person. If you're not a mate of the manager or anyone in charge they don't want you. It was like that 20 years ago, it's like that now.
Managers have no clue.
My manager, who was actually in training with me, told me at my probation meeting they didn't want to pass me but actually had no reason not to.
Sorry, what? - very unprofessional and got me quite down.
Another manager drove me to take time off sick with stress - they'd be on me ASAP if I was a few minutes late (M60 traffic is a nightmare) despite the fact I always stayed to make the minutes back, I never rushed off as soon as the clock turned, always finished my work - clearly wasn't enough.
