Company not a fit employer at moment .poor leadership from the management and owners ,has a lot of learning to do in learning people skills ,seems to operate as if in a different era . Company.does not operate at the high professional level that it needs to. Ensuring high standards are maintained are not top of the list of priorities . The interview process is not of the required standard with not enough questions or checks being

They say you make 25-30grand a year you be lucky to make a decent wage unless you get fed all the good jobs which there favourite drivers do they say feeding doesn’t go in am telling you it does

Being a driver is great for balancing work/life. You get back out of the job what you put into it. Company charging you 10% of a fare that could have an additional 5% handling charge added is a bit cheeky considering the company is giving away 20% of your income as a promotion

i love working here i am just looking for a change or another job i can work along with capital cars. It is a friendly and enjoyable place to work. You create a bond with the drivers and customers on the phone.

Job is easy but the management are incompetent especially the call centre manager, she is useless and an absolute embarrassment. The company will sink in hands on this moron. I reccomend highly that no one applies for a job in this building.

Great to work for, friendly staff and drivers, clean and safe work place. had a great relationship with customers, always happy to help. The hardest part of the job is when you have several jobs waiting, no drivers available and more jobs coming in.

I work in this privat hire company for 4/5 years it's good to work and majority jobs are insent call out jobs I work long hours and hope to have few advance booking job so I can plan my day routen apart from that everything is excellent working in capital cars.if any other information need I can provide.regards abdul
