It is a friendly and enjoyable place to work. You create a bond with the drivers and customers on the phone.

Bad bad bad !!
Telephonist (Former Employee) - Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh - 1 April 2019
Job is easy but the management are incompetent especially the call centre manager, she is useless and an absolute embarrassment. The company will sink in hands on this moron.
I reccomend highly that no one applies for a job in this building.
