Awful awful

Never worked somewhere so unprofessional in my life. Upon making complaints to HR about feeling very uncomfortable in the work place, nothing was done. It’s all about money at this place, stay clear.

I have been with the business for just under a year and I have been given an opportunity to change environments and industries. It's all for the better. The training is 10/10, it was very easy for me to understand the engineering and technical industries, I was given plenty of 121 support since day 1. The job is not easy, but the money is really good and targets are very achievable. There are many career opportunities and if you're good an reach targets, you will get promoted. I love it!

Pros

training, experienced mentors, career path, casual dress, hybrid working, flexible working hours

Cons

sometimes long hours, but you get them back as time off

Great company to work for

I have found Carbon60 to be a great company to work for, especially in comparison to other competitors. They have a strong senior management team, I know my package is competitive and we have a good work/life balance. I've been given some great training and opportunities to progress and generally work with a great team of people. I would recommend working for Carbon60!

Professional working enviornment

A corporate business which offers good career progression and are quite competitive in terms of salaries and benefits. As a recruiter they partner some leading brands and offer good training and development. In my experience they were a great company to work for.
