Don't leave one person on sales floor for hours and hours while they sit out the back and ignore the bell being rang for help and then moan if you don't call them at busy times!
Improve way treat staff!I think management need to be more concerned about how someone can do the job and not about what the personal life of the employee is, my relationship status, my sexuality, my life is my business they need to focus on weather I'm capable of doing the job nothing else, they need to control the backstabbing and two faced people that work for them, they need to stop using the temps as scapegoats and blaming them for everything, take a look at your permanent staff once in a while coz they make mistakes and also use the temps scapegoats, give the right training so that staff can do the job in the right way and tell them the company policy and procedures right from the start and get some health and safety procedures in place coz someone's gonna get very hurt eventually.
Do their jobs! Stop hiding out the back of the store talking about people behind their backs. Do the pay roll right so people arent over paid every month while managers favourite employees are miraculously overpaid.
Just pay their staff
Introduce contracted hours instead of 0 hour contracts
Give people hours they prefer to be doing.
Improve they way they treat their staff - very unprofessional picking on and shouting at staff in the middle of the shop for absolutely no reason!
Instead of hiring more and more people hours should be offered to people who need them!Make sure all staff know what they are doing when they start and teach how to use a till in quiet times or when the store is just opening or closing
