Ok
Ok job to do, can be very stressful, a lot of work for a few little hours, big bosses don’t come around much, good pay considering hours, time off during school holidays, downside is the working hours due to it being great to do with kids it’s not okk due to the hours being whilst they’re in bed or school m.

Avoid
Bullying culture. Management are all part of the old boys club. Union are weak. If your face fits you'll be fine otherwise avoid this place. Although salary and pension are good not worth it for way you are treated

Horrible when working in a school
I just hated every minute of it - I did not fit in with the team and I was told to stop being so helpful in my role. Being told to steer away from certain people because my manager didn’t “like them”. I just happened to join a very horrible team which didn’t seem to like me at all!
