A great team to work for, but low pay
I enjoyed my time at cavc. The team I joined was exceptionally helpful and a great group of people to work with. We had easy access and contact with our managers, and had some level of autonomy within the role. Most of the staff witching the wider college are friendly and will do as much as they can to help each other, creating a good sense of culture. The biggest issues were that the role offered...

collaberative environment, a lot of tasks
That was my first ever job, I definitely learnt a lot. my colleagues were very friendly and the manager was approachable. the only downside is that the management is a bit unorganised. it took them about 3 days to sort out my tech equipment so I could start the job.

Have always enjoyed working at company though senior level re-structure has added challenges and insecurities
