A great team to work for, but low pay

I enjoyed my time at cavc. The team I joined was exceptionally helpful and a great group of people to work with. We had easy access and contact with our managers, and had some level of autonomy within the role. collaberative environment, a lot of tasks

That was my first ever job, I definitely learnt a lot. my colleagues were very friendly and the manager was approachable. the only downside is that the management is a bit unorganised. it took them about 3 days to sort out my tech equipment so I could start the job.

Have always enjoyed working at company though senior level re-structure has added challenges and insecurities
